What an absolute gem of a place! Best pizza I've had in the UK. Reminded me of some of the best from when I lived in Italy! I had the excellent Valentino's Pizza and it was fantastic. Wonderful, super thin base, really flavoursome tomato sauce and quality toppings! However, I think it was my wife's meal that stole the show. A lot of places these days offer gluten free pizzas but their bases are often shop bought and feel like an afterthought, not so here. Really great quality, delicious bas

The welcome from the professional, friendly and helpful staff set the tone of our stay from the outset. Whilst the room wasn’t huge, it catered perfectly for this short stay with everything that was needed. We ate in the restaurant in the evening a really great menu and breakfast the next morning was lovely. We regularly travel to and stay in Ripon, and Valentino’s will now be our go to accommodation.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer and we were given arguably the best breakfast I’ve ever been served. We’re looking forward to coming back and trying the restaurant and staying another night.

In the past few months we have stayed here around... read more We regularly stay at Valentino's as we love everything about it location, accommodation, dinner and breakfast! In the past few months we have stayed here around a dozen times and we keep returning. We often stay on a Friday in one of the 5 lovely comfy rooms (they are all luxurious but Veneto is a favourite! . The owners and staff are absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and very comfortable; the food is delicious (and the wine too! ; the waiters and chefs are extremely accomodating of any dietary requirements. We always feel rested and refreshed after a Valentino's visit and look forward to our next one when we will be welcomed back like friends. Thank you Valentino's!
