Located on Kirkgate, the oldest street in Ripon, our restaurant has been serving traditional Italian dishes of the highest quality at competitive prices since our establishment. Housed in a grade listed building with three floors of dining space, we also offer a separate area for private parties on the first floor. Our extensive specials blackboard features seasonal dishes such as game and seafood, in addition to our daily early bird menu from p.m. to p.m. We accommodate special dietary requirements and have received high recommendations on Trip Advisor. Open daily from p.m. to p.m., closed only on Sundays.

We had originally made a reservation at a different Italian restaurant for dinner, but while walking around, we stumbled upon Prima. After checking out their menu, we decided to cancel our reservation and dine here instead. We each enjoyed a main course and a bottle of wine, both of which were delicious. This restaurant deserves top marks for its impeccable service and inviting ambiance.
Along with friends we were looking for somewhere for a meal and decided on Prima because of the authentic kerbside appearance. We were delighted that we chose this restaurant, quirky interior with a really good atmosphere. Menu was varied with plenty of choice all at reasonable prices, the quality of the food did not disappoint it was well presented and very tasty. The serving staff were a credit to the owner and the customer service levels were exceptional. We would highly recommend if anyone is looking for authentic italian food at a reasonable price in a super setting
