Ruby Scoops - Richmond

Ruby Scoops is a lovely spot located on Brookland Park Boulevard. Half of the menu is dedicated to vegan options. They offer a variety of ice creams and sorbets that can be enjoyed on their own, in milkshakes, or even as ice cream sandwiches. They also have vegan cookies available. I tried the butter pecan and apple butter egg flavors, and they were the freshest and creamiest vegan ice creams I have ever had. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient with each customer, even on a busy day. It was a wonderful experience overall.
