Stumbled across this place walking through Surry Hills, and what a find!! Frankie’s without pretense wall to wall rock, friendly staff, reasonably priced drinks, and an awesome vibe. Can’t wait to come back View all feedback.

Worst experience. Waited nearly 1 hour for burrata??? No cooking required. When the pasta’s finally came out they were cold. The soft drinks were flat and warm. Walked in and felt at home straight away. Went to the bar I ordered an outstanding local beer, the bartender noticed my partner looking at the cocktail list and narrowed down her choice to a pinpoint. Then ordered something to eat. THEY HAVE A GNOCCHI MENU!!! Best gnocchi we have had in so much traveling!!! Can't fault at all. Good old school music, very shilled atmosphere and lovely people working here.
Our smalll group of 4 shared the antipasti over a bottle of wine. The meats and olives were quickly devoured. The Gnocchi is to die for and combined well with the red wine we were drinking. The staff were friendly and full of energy.
