Food was not bad but could do with more flavour, def not worth the long wait, everyone was getting frustrated. We missed another event due to the time it took all our meals. Only plus was the value of the New Year's Eve set menu and price.

However, this is the second time I've been where I've had to wait over... read more I love the food at Pinocchio's, its great and some of the best authentic Italian around. However, this is the second time I've been where I've had to wait over an hour for the mains to arrive. It was fairly obvious as other tables who had ordered before us got their meals and we didn't. The waitress seemed oblivious to that and never came to check up on us whilst we were waiting. When our food finally arrived, we asked for parmesan and the waitress promptly forgot, serving other tables first. It was a Wednesday night during the Christmas period and maybe that's why the service was a little lacklustre, however, I have seen the place busier. I would love to come back but if it happens for a third time, I will take my business elsewhere.

They lost perspective on the customer experience and a really simple thing like customer comfort was complacently sacrificed. Everything took a weirdly long time to come out too. They seemed understaffed in the kitchen and the bar for a Friday night. The food was fine but the service was so bad it tainted my experience.
