I often use drive thrue at this location. During normal business hours, there is ample amount of space inside, but because of the pandemic, to go orders Only at this time.
I really enjoy Wendy's, but this particular location might not be the best. I had their chicken nuggets, and honestly, they were probably the worst I've ever had from Wendy's. I didn't think it was possible to mess up a Wendy's nugget, but it seems like they did. When I bit into it, I couldn't tell if I was eating chicken or stale bread. But hey, you can try them and see for yourself!
I have been to this Wendy?s many times and always enjoyed the food. However today the food was not fresh. The buns are dry, the chicken patties and the burger patties are very dry. On the other hand, customer service was great though.
Not enough employees working here, severely understaffed. 1 server and 1 food preparer. Ownership of this location needs to sell. Also, place looks like it?s stuck in the 90?s. Needs to be renovated.
I?ve ordered from this location in store and through the drive-thru. Inside, the place is pretty dirty since there are a lot of kids that visit after school. There is no one that cleans the tables and floor. Service is also slower. On the other hand,drive-thru is quick and painless.
