Everything I've eaten there, I'm obsessed with (it's why it's hard to pick something on the menu, it's ALL really good). The guacamole has to be my favorite though, super fresh and the chips are the perfect level of salty and crispy. The burrito bowl... I don't even like beans, and this bowl has a certain amount of them, but the beans are stewed SO perfectly with cheese and salt that it tastes REALLY fantastic. The meats? Seasoned and clean and fresh and amazing. I'm obsessed with this place, 10/10 recommend.

The drinks are great, the mole is the best in Astoria, the guacamole is prepared fresh to order, and the calamari is tender and crispy. One dollar oysters always plump and fresh) is the reason we tried Chano’s, and we’re so happy that it’s a regular menu item!! Great staff, talented Chefs, authentic Mexican cuisine in a charming casual setting. And the Chano's Burrito was excellent. My server did recommend the Broccoli Burrito (not vegetarian) after I ordered. And great prices on Happy Hour beers (this isn't Manhattan).
