I have been to this Wendy?s many times and always enjoyed the food. However today the food was not fresh. The buns are dry, the chicken patties and the burger patties are very dry. On the other hand, customer service was great though.
The staff were professional, and the food was hot when we unwrapped it. Despite the restaurant being quite busy during my visit, I didn't have to wait long. I appreciated the way my food was packaged. Additionally, they addressed everyone by their first name when our orders were ready, which was a nice touch.
