Now that tomatoes and cucumbers are getting really good, their salad, Ukus Salata, is genuinely my favorite in Astoria, with delicious Bulagarian feta and a sensational vinaigrette dressing. They threw in a free bread, which reminded me how spectacular their pita-like bread is. The meat-lover really loved their juicy, flavorful chicken skewers and the meat burek. I will say that their spinach and cheese burek is one of the greatest dishes in New York. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I feel that the $18 price for a plate with minimal beans is overpriced. I recommend adding more beans to the pot when boiling them. I suggest making a goulash to add to the beans instead of dry meat. Fresh meat goulash would complement the beans plate perfectly."
