Up charging for dairy alterna... read more The drink itself was very good, however they have shady practices by up charging for almond milk and to include boba in the drink. Up charging for dairy alternative to milk has been determined to be illegal and discriminatory via class action lawsuits against Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Who knows maybe this business needs to be next. Hopefully these business that upcharge their customers will learn their lesson soon. The drink was advertised for $7.25 and I ended up having to pay nearly $10 which pissed me off because I feel like they just took advantage of me. They need to implement fair and honest pricing that doesn't take advantage of people that need dairy alternatives. Almond milk does not even cost that much different from regular milk, especially when it lasts longer and is purchased in bulk quantities. The upcharge is completely unexceptable. Happy with the drink but pissed off about the buying experience.
