Description

Despite encounters of welcoming staff and delicious food, experiences at this family-run restaurant often hinge on favoritism toward regular customers. Many reviews highlight inattentive service for newcomers, with instances of disrespect and billing errors exacerbating a negative atmosphere. Although the vibrant ambiance, great music, and tasty drinks cater to some patrons, issues like noise disturbances and questionable management practices detract from its appeal. Increasingly, diners report unsafe conditions outside, leading to a mixed reputation in the community. Overall, while some enjoyed their experiences, many others advise against visiting.

It appeared that the owners and staff only really cared about customers they recognized. We had to wait 20 minutes to be seated while several newcomers received warm welcomes and were immediately attended to. After standing around in an empty restaurant, the server finally acknowledged us with an eye roll when we asked to see the drink menu. When we asked for a moment to look over the menu, she rolled her eyes again and never returned to the table. Overall, it seems like a family-run establishment that prioritizes their own over new customers. The service was simply unacceptable, particularly if you aren’t a family member or friend. We won’t be coming back.

While placing an order he noted that I was white and thought I only spoke English. I heard him whisper under his breath “ pinche cuño”. Very disrespectful restaurant. This is not proper etiquette and respect.

It is a good place with good ambience and food, with a disco on the second floor, great people visit the place. Don't miss it

This place is a nuisance to the community, their music isn't properly tuned and sounds horrible. There's always fights outside at 4am with little kids before they drunk drive home while smashing into people's cars. Tropic Pollo, one block down is 10x better and more authentic or the other Peruvian place also half a block down. I wish I could give this place negative stars, but that's what they deserve as a business establishment. NEGATIVE THREE STARS. Also seems like everyone else recently is agreeing with how they're just treating their customers like trash, it's very known around here about the new management they got. They only serve people who they can take advantage of somehow, like those young dudes looking for girls, or a place to watch sports and drink, basically guys who they can sucker, might not mind paying, and won't bother to fight them on getting ripped off. Regardless cops are always here for one reason or another. From what I've seen, my guess is this place is only open for family and friends and is probably a money laundering front for the owner or something.
