I can only hope they eventually cross paths with the wrong customer and learn a lesson. I received an undercooked pizza, and when I tried to voice my complaint, the manager mocked me. I've been enjoying Papa John's for about 21 years, and I’ve never had a raw pizza before. He gave me a lecture about how the engineers set the temperature and know best. Honestly, the audacity of this manager is astonishing. A simple apology would have sufficed, but that attitude was completely unwarranted. Please learn to show some respect for your customers.

I know for a fact that they are not the same after all it?s the only wings I usually order, my calling them was not for arefund but to let them know. I am not sorry but the manager I spoke to needs to be retrained. I work in the food industry andwhen you?re wrong own it but don?t try to make a fool out of me.
