Mrs. Fields - Queens

Stopped by yesterday and saw that there were no pretzel dogs. When the woman asked me What do you want I asked her, Is this all you have? She retorts immediately, This is ENOUGH! gesturing to the rest of the pretzels. Maybe I should have phrased my question differently. I didn 't see what I wanted and didn 't know if they 'd be making more for the night. That woman had no idea what I wanted to order, let alone how much, so I was offended that she was both assuming what I wanted and passing judgement. I 'll think twice before coming back here again. Especially if I see her. Other than that, the boy working with her quickly made the dogs and I purchased one, its quality was as expected.

I don't eat wheat, so I have no idea, but people are already there. And the baking or warming always smells wonderful

I’ve always enjoyed cookie cakes but the only kind I ever had was chocolate chip. My favorite cookie is white chocolate/macadamia nut so I wondered why I couldn’t get that in a full cake size. My wife told me to try Mrs. Fields. I never thought of them but of course they offer that variety. They charge an extra $5 for that flavor but it’s worth twice that amount given the ingredients. I ordered it days in advance and it was ready when they promised having been baked fresh that morning. The colors were right and they spelled “Tony” correctly. Excellent taste and probably best cake ever. Warm a piece in the microwave and serve with 2 scoops of ice cream. It’s an indulgent pleasure that will renew your faith in a loving Creator. This will be a yearly tradition. Thank you Mrs. Fields, I’m sure your husband is proud and portly.

First time ordering a cookie cake from this place. When placing order there was an employee named, Jairo along with another young girl. She was very polite and helpful. Jairo made a statement that he was not going to make the cake and had a very bad attitude. Thanks to the girl who pursued him just do the writing after she bakes it is when he accepted. This to me is very unprofessional and rude to have to witness an employee refuse to do his job and witness another employee offer to do all the work. I strongly believe that Mrs. Field should evaluate their employees attitude and customer service skills before offering them the job. Thank you to the girl who was nice enough to make the cookie cake, which by the way was DELICIOUS!

The male that was working there paid no attention to my husband or to myself. He said the cookies were from yesterday. That he was unable to make cookie sandwiches because he was busy. Cursed in Spanish and walked away. I paid 4 dollars for parking for nothing. Disgusting attitude to say the least. I will be reporting this to the department of health.
