I recently had lunch at this restaurant and overall it was a pleasant experience. My favorite part of the meal was definitely the kani salad. The spicy tuna sushi stood out among the others (spicy salmon and spicy yellowtail). The only improvement I would suggest is for the rice in the sushi to be more compact. Despite this, I would definitely consider ordering from here again in the future.
We have been coming to Kumo since around 2013 and have always had great experiences. The sushi is consistently fresh and the rolls are always made perfectly. The staff always listens to special instructions regarding how to cut the rolls and never forgets any details.
Shumai tasted spoiled. the rest of the food tasted decent. probably not order from here again. the shumai is literally rotted or not fresh.
