I had this with the yellow rice with a goose and it was the same wise as my mother does what made me happy. I'll have to come before 1 o'clock because the mangu is done and I want to try this.

Highly recommended! on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. and to our joy they still had what I was there (the Dominican breakfast) and the early’ish spread all their s... read more Highly recommended! on Saturday morning at 10 a.m. and to our joy they still had what I was there (the Dominican breakfast) and the early’ish spread all their steam table offers. evertz cafe feels like at home as soon as she walks through the warm welcome, friendly attentive service and cultural representations of the island life in the Dominican Republic. eat something like Dominican breakfast everywhere, but at home is always something that has a certain amount of mules, until this morning in the evertz cafe. the mangu was soft, silky and buttery, the company of her fried friends from the egg, to the longaniza, to the salami, and finally the fried cheese were all perfectly cooked and with caramelized red planks, which seemed like a very pleasant citrus finish to them, sealed the deal for me. I could not believe that I enjoyed as much as I thought how high the standards can be when they grow up to eat that cooked to order from our mothers. I can't expect to come back and taste the rest of their menu, food and eat like a home cooked food that is a rare leak when produced in volumes for most places. they have no image to post because, how quickly the food was dedicated, thanks to evertz cafe for an amazing breakfast.

I visited Evertz Cafe on a Saturday morning around 10am and was delighted to find that they still had the Dominican breakfast I was craving, as well as a variety of other steam table offerings. As soon as I walked in, Evertz Cafe felt like home thanks to the warm welcome, attentive service, and cultural representations of life in the Dominican Republic. Eating a Dominican breakfast outside of home can sometimes fall short, but not at Evertz Cafe. The mangu was soft, silky, and buttery, and all the accompanying items - from the egg to the longaniza, salami, and fried cheese - were cooked to perfection. The caramelized red onions with a citrus finish sealed the deal for me. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the meal, especially since my standards are high from growing up eating this dish cooked by my mother. I can't wait to return and try the rest of the menu. The food at Evertz Cafe tastes like a home-cooked meal, which is a rarity for most restaurants. Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to take a picture because the food was devoured so quickly. Thank you, Evertz Cafe, for an amazing breakfast experience.
