I tried redeem... read more This is undoubtedly the worst location I've been to. The clerks are very rude and have not a clue what they are doing nor how to treat customers. I tried redeeming my dunkin points and they did not accommodate my order because they don't even know how theapp works or how to complete the transaction. Something needs to be done ! I am no longer returning here.

I had a witness to my circumstance at this location on this day as it happened to her as well thecustomer BEHIND ME EXPERIENCED THE SAME TREATMENT. Poor customer service, lacking in professionalism and overall manners.
