The cashier Afrin, does not know how to use the reward payment, he asks for one item and bills you for another. He is very self-centered and arrogant, he prefers to give you the article that you have not ordered forced... terrible experience! Terrible service, he doesn't listen or try to remedy his mistake...
Worst experience at DD EVER1st to start, the door is locked at 9:15 with the employees inside watching the customers pull on it when the sign says open at 4am.2nd When I finally get inside, I tell the young man I have 2 coupons. Can I use them together. NO answer blank stares. I made the decision to do them separately as a precaution. Made the 1st order $3 coupon applied, no worries.Next order place (Free Latte). The lady trying to take payment because the guy is making my 1st order. DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH I am telling her the free latte hasnt come off that if she scans, it will charge the full total. HE comes over while I am explaining the issue, SCANS IT..charging me in full, I ask for the guy to come assist (because she doesn't speak ENGLISH). He has no idea what to do, I ask for the latte to be refunded because its supposed to be free, other customers are trying to help them understand what I am trying to explain, another lady comes from the back (that doesnt speak english either) the 3 of them are at the register looking confused!A simple transaction that should have lasted less than 10 minutes turns into a back and forth screaming match and almost missed my LIRR train for almost 30 mins.Long story short, 3 different employees who barely speak english running a store in a busy neighborhood and can hardly understand and help customers with questions or concerns.
