Awful service.I ordered iced matcha latte, and she gave me a iced latte (coffee one). Of course I told her I ordered match, not that one. So she went back and brought me iced match latte but in the same container. The liquid was still brownish color with lots of unresolved match power on the bottom. She insisted that the one she made new was matcha even it still contained coffee in it. And she left without checking my reaction. She doesn’t care about customer’s satisfaction. Awful service I’ve ever experienced. Never will I come back to this place.
I've given this place several chances, but it's consistently disappointing. I won't be returning. The drinks taste watered down, and they skimp on the matcha. It felt like they just added water and milk with barely any matcha to make a large drink. I visited their other location on 61st Street, and it's far better.
Got the egg and cheeseWrap. Soggy wrap cold egg.. not worth it. They are also rude to there customers

There was a hair on top of the croissant very disappointing this is the first time this has happened to me. I didn’t complain or ask for a refund I don’t like to start things. I simply threw it out. It was the $6 meal and they charged me extra cause I wanted sausage instead of bacon however at a different location they never charged me extra? I payed $8 for the meal the iced coffee didn’t taste good at all, the only thing that was decent was the hash browns. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
