Description

Despite a few appreciative comments about friendly staff and well-brewed coffee, this restaurant has faced serious criticism regarding cleanliness and food quality. Multiple reports describe unsanitary conditions, including dirty floors and questionable food handling. Several customers experienced spoiled milk in their drinks, leading to significant health issues. Donuts, particularly the old-fashioned variety, were described as stale and unappetizing. While some patrons praise the service and menu variety, overall experiences suggest the establishment struggles with hygiene and consistency, overshadowing its positive aspects and leaving many customers disappointed.

The donuts were unclean and unappetizing. The floor was littered with trash, and the cashier handled the donuts with the same hand that had just pulled a receipt from a dirty machine. The old-fashioned donut I tried was the worst I've ever had—stale and made with low-quality ingredients. I'm still struggling to get the taste out of my mouth!

My experience at the restaurant was quite unpleasant and unsanitary. I ordered a drink, but the milk tasted spoiled. Unfortunately, I ended up spending the whole day in the bathroom.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The manager's son could really use some additional training in customer service; he clearly isn't suited for that position. He even swore at me in front of other patrons and told my wife she had to leave or they would escort her out. She was simply waiting for me to come back with another coffee and tea after I went to the store.

The donuts at this establishment were incredibly unappetizing and unsanitary. The floor was littered with trash, and I observed the cashier using the same hand to handle the donuts as they did to rip the receipt from a filthy machine. The old-fashioned donut I tried was the worst I've ever experienced—stale and seemingly made with the lowest quality flour and water. I’m still finding it hard to erase the taste from my mouth. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
