However, the other day my order wasn't ready, so... read more I've been visiting this Dunkin' Donuts for over six months, usually placing my order online for a quick pickup. However, the other day my order wasn't ready, so I had to wait to the side and was greeted by a cockroach. When I informed the lady at the register, she acted as if she didn't hear me. I really wish I had taken a picture of the roach crawling across the counter. Even though there was a big A grade on the door, I'm starting to doubt how reliable these ratings are. I won't be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts; there's a much cleaner one on Austin Street.

The donuts are not what they claim to be, and the drinks are completely off as well. Everything is just terrible! The manager doesn’t speak any English and only tells you what they think without understanding your concerns. If you receive something that’s broken or shattered, be prepared for a lengthy argument— they’ll insist that you broke it, even though it was given to you like that. They are always in a rush and often mix up orders, handing you drinks that belong to other customers without paying attention. Avoid this place at all costs!

Occasionally there are new employees who do NOT seem properly trained as to their stock or how to deal with the public. Items are usually fresh andenjoyable.
