We ordered the Wake Up Wrap featuring sweet black pepper bacon, but what we received was totally unrecognizable. It looked more like a pancake wrapped around an egg with syrup inside. We were quite put off by it!
Regrettably, fast food doesn't cater to everyone. Dunkin' Donuts serves rather weak coffee. After my second visit, I decided to request a darker roast.
I ordered and paid for a custom ice cream cake for my daughter on 8/17. When I came to pick it up on 9/4, the employee told me they hadn’t made it and that I could just choose one from the fridge. I found this completely ridiculous. I reminded him it was paid for back on 8/17, and he said they didn’t have enough staff to make it. Are you serious? They knew the day before but never called me. As a result, I had to settle for a random cake from their fridge. This is unacceptable. This will be my first and last time ordering from them.
The woman at the drive-thru is always unfriendly and keeps adding sugar to my coffee, despite me explaining that I'm diabetic. Please consider retraining the staff—everyone else is friendly and gets the order right. I won’t even argue about my burnt tongue from not checking the coffee before leaving or the money wasted. Just please improve!
