My wife and I visited the Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' Donuts location. The employee greeted us with a smile and asked about my favorite flavor. I mentioned that I love chocolate, and he kindly offered us a free sample of the soft serve chocolate. My wife tried it as well, and we both absolutely loved it. The atmosphere is fantastic, with great music and a comfortable setting to work in. The food deserves a perfect rating of 5 out of 5!
The slowest service I’ve ever experienced. It took three staff members 10 minutes just to make me laugh.
My wife ordered half a dozen donuts, including a specific earthy donut for our 5-year-old, who wasn't feeling well and had been looking forward to it. Instead of informing us that the earthy donut was from a separate batch meant for another Dunkin', they simply packed six donuts without saying a word. When we opened the box, our little guy was understandably upset to find that his donut wasn't included. At the very least, they should have had the courtesy to inform my wife about the situation. I would not recommend this location, as there are better-trained and more attentive options nearby.
Three times lately I have stopped in, and each time ignored. I don’t understand it; just employees walking around wiping counters but no one can take an order I wait patiently 10 mins and I have had to leave everytime. This time was my last; it’s not worth a cent of your money; go anywhere else. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
