I always get a large iced coffee with... read more I visit my favorite Dunkin' Donuts every morning for my usual coffee order that I have been getting for the past 5 years. I always get a large iced coffee with extra caramel and milk and less ice. Unfortunately, only one specific person knows how to make it perfectly every time, as everyone else tends to mess it up. I don't mind paying extra for the caramel, but they never seem to put enough in. What's the point of adding caramel if I can't even taste it? There have been occasions when I didn't realize they forgot the caramel until after I left because I couldn't taste it through my mask. Please, just make it right when a customer is paying for it. Despite the inconsistency, I appreciate the effort to make my perfect coffee over the years.
