The guy at order pick up although nice, would not give an extra container for to go order even when I offered to pay for it. I don't eat this food, my son got it with me for the 1st time and it is what it is a fairfood restaurant, I feel everything is not my taste, to each his own, my son like it.

I always order thei... read more Most workers are friendly and the food takes a pretty long time when it?s busy with long lines, otherwise I receive my order really quickly. I always order their waffle fries that are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I even don?t rememberthe last time I ate fries that wasn?t from Chick-fil-A. They also have a variety of different sandwiches. Love their classicchicken sandwich and they also have healthier options like salads or the grilled chicken wrap!

They were very nice and very apologetic about the wai... read more Came here early, just a little after they opened. Ordered a club sandwich, some waffles fries and a drink. They were very nice and very apologetic about the wait time even though I wasn?t waiting for long. They threw in a free brownie as an apology. Itwasn?t necessary but I appreciated the gesture and the professionalism from the crew there. Before leaving the food court, Iordered a peach milkshake and they gave that to me on the house even though I wanted to pay for it. They were having issues withone of the cash registers and they didn?t want me to wait any longer. Again, I appreciated that and I think the company shouldgive this particular crew of employees some kind of acknowledgment or recognition. They went above and beyond and they deservethe props.

Coming from Texas, I have high expectations for this chain due to the many wonderful memories I've created at this restaurant, and Josh truly exemplified the customer service tradition of Chick-fil-A. As for the food—which is, after all, the main focus—it was delicious as always. They serve the best chicken in fast food, and their chicken sandwiches can rival those from many sit-down restaurants.
