What should have been two generous scoops in a waffle cone turned into two of the smallest scoops, leaving me with a lot of empty space to look at. The staff mentioned that the manager had switched to the tiniest ice cream scooper imaginable. This definitely wasn't worth my time or money, especially when corners are being cut like this. As a result, I will be returning my three tiny scoops (not including the tip) when I feel better. I reported the issue to UberEats, but honestly, what can they do about it? Probably nothing. The scoop sizes are minuscule, even in person. It feels like our new normal since the pandemic has been to reduce portion sizes while charging more! Thanks, B R!

She was incredibly slow and seemed unable to multitask while preparing their heated food. Instead of making the rest of their order, like brewing coffee while the food was cooking, she just stood there waiting for it to finish. When a customer ordered four coffees, she made them one at a time, very slowly. When it was finally my turn, she apologized and mentioned they weren't making any Baskin-Robbins Cappuccino Blasts, even though there was a big sign advertising all the ingredients and equipment. I felt like I had wasted my time.

The staff here is always friendly, and they generously... read more I visit this Baskin-Robbins location a few times a month after taking a nice stroll in the neighborhood. The staff here is always friendly, and they generously scoop ice cream! While there are only about five small tables inside, the surrounding area has a variety of shops to explore as well. The place is clean, and I consistently have a great experience during my visits.
