This is my first time writing a review, I just couldn't pass it up, we had dinner last night, I ordered pork humba, when the order arrived, I noticed from the color that it wasn't humba, then I tasted it, the taste was really far from it, I tried to talk to them, the server admitted that a different cook cooked the humba and that it wasn't delicious so the original cook retouched it, but the one we were served was the one the original cook hadn't tasted yet, even though they admitted they made a mistake they still charged us for the wrong order, $17 is not cheap. There's no problem paying a lot if what you paid for is right. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Bookmarking this place for their sisig! Just the way I like it. Very well seasoned, mushy (vs crispy variety), cut not too large or too small, just the right amount of fat to meat ratio!
