Situated in Pullman, Washington, this Taco Bell hotel is a beloved fast food spot, particularly among WSU college students. The staff here is excellent, always wearing a smile and eager to assist customers, no matter how busy they may be. While the line may be long at times, the food quality justifies the wait. As someone who is very selective about food, I find the food at this restaurant to be acceptable. However, the service is subpar. I typically only order a few items from the menu, with my favorite being the chips and cheese dip. Despite this being a frequent order of mine, the staff consistently forget to include the chips in my bag when I go through the drive-thru or visit the store. This means I have to wait in lin...
