Was JAIME L at Birch Barley a mag?
The food was delicious, but the service fell short. We were seated promptly and given water right away, but it took at least 10 minutes for someone to bring us menus. Another 10 to 15 minutes passed before our order was taken. We had to ask for refills as they were never offered. View all feedback.
What Parker J dislikes about Birch Barley:
I have visited this restaurant multiple times and always received good service. The burgers are delicious, but pricey. The other menu items are average. While the ingredients are all correct, the final product does not live up to expectations. For the high prices, I expect more than just an okay meal. If the prices were more reasonable, I wouldn't mind, but for $20 I expect a fantastic bowl of pasta, not just average... View all feedback.
I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. I ordered the prime rib dip sandwich and it was delicious. The staff was friendly and the dessert options were fantastic. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and style of the restaurant, it had a spacious and open layout.
This restaurant is located close to the college campus. They offer affordable prices. We ordered the pork chop, steak, and tomato soup, all of which were delicious. I was disappointed that the hamburger only came in a half size.
The atmosphere at the bar was enjoyable, with helpful staff providing good service. However, the food was only average despite a diverse menu. Perhaps the kitchen was having an off night.
A nice hidden gem off the beaten path. The food was delicious, the service was friendly and quick, and the food portions were perfect. I had the Prime Dip. I highly recommend that dish!
