Ordered the Pizza, two taco supremes meal and cinnamon twists. The Pizza seems like it was left in oil overnight. Tacos were regular which I pointed out and they did fix that with the 2 supremes. They did not give the cinnamon crisps. So disappointing as this used to be a great Taco Bell. I do not recommend coming here until they get a manager who is willing to train and keep an eye on what is going on and/or fire some staff.
This establishment is very unkempt and has an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a rodent problem. The staff does not appear to be clean, and the customer service is quite poor. I wouldn't recommend trusting them with your food. It's best to steer clear of this place until they bring in a new manager.
What happened to TB? It's a restaurant, not a charity! I come here for a burro or tacos, not to make donations. If they're trying to help the community, that's great, but I don't see why anyone would contribute when they can just access the cash register themselves. It leaves me wondering where the money is really going. My donations are personal, and I prefer to know exactly where they're going.
Taco Bell in general has just gone downhill. I was there about a year ago when they were having a staff meeting in the middle of the afternoon when the manager let everyone on the team know that corporate is looking at drive-thru wait times, so basically anyone that comes in to the store will have to wait longer than anyone in the drive-thru.With that though, I am a dasher, and I hate going in to retrieve orders. The wait time is usually 30-40 minutes depending and there is usually a back up of drivers waiting in the lobby. To top it off, they have no professionalism. I've seen them, with children in the lobby, cussing loudly in the kitchen and just being completely disrespectful.
