**Dining Review: Wingers Restaurant – A Mixed Experience** At Wingers, diners encounter a blend of flavors and service experiences. The menu boasts fan favorites like the original wings and sticky fingers, with many praising the crispy textures and diverse sauces. However, service inconsistencies shadow the culinary delights. While some patrons enjoyed attentive and friendly servers, others faced frustration due to long wait times and inattentive staff. Notably, a few diners reported chaotic situations, including servers distracted by personal interactions. Despite the mixed reviews on service, the food often shines, making Wingers a noteworthy spot for casual family outings and gatherings with friends.
We stopped by for a lunch out with our daughter. It wasn't very busy, which was awesome. Our waitress was very nice! The food came to the table quickly and was fresh. We love Wingers and look forward to returning soon.
Our server, Patti, was awesome! She was so quick, super attentive, and was hilarious. She had a great personality and made dinner fun. I?d come back to this Wingers just to see Patti again! ???? Thanks for a great time!
We went to eat today.....well take out, and had the most AMAZING experience again. Tom was wonderful, respectful, clean and sanitary. Our food was hot, and when we got there, he was so specific in the way he handled taking our payment, and delivering food. Thank you so much Tom for bringing our food to our car, having gloves on, and be safe overall. We LOVED that our bag was sealed. Plus, try o top it off, we got a wonderful message inside. (This isn't the first time when Tom is working we get messages. So we keep coming back.
I had an unforgettable experience at Wingers today, which is why I felt compelled to leave a review, even though I don’t usually do so. Our server, who may have been the manager, seemed more focused on flirting and taking shots with the guy in the booth next to us than on serving us. To add to the chaos, she brought her kids along and gave one of them a beer as well. After serving our food, she brought the check just minutes later without checking if we needed anything else, which we did. We tried to get her and two other staff members' attention for refills, but after a while, my husband and I were so frustrated that we just wanted to pay and leave. It took so long for them to come back for our payment that my husband had to get up and go to the back where the kiosk was. I can't believe she was actually drinking on the job. What a bizarre experience.
We visited Wingers for a business lunch. The staff was incredibly friendly, but the service was noticeably slow, which makes me wonder if they are facing staffing challenges like many places these days. I sampled both the sticky fingers and the original wings from their menu. The sticky fingers came with their house sauce and buffalo sauce. The house sauce was sweet with a hint of spice and was quite enjoyable, while the buffalo sauce tasted like your standard buffalo sauce. For the original wings, I chose the Caribbean jerk seasoning, which is more of a dry rub. It had a bit more heat to it but still tasted fantastic. My favorite aspect was how crispy the skin was on the original wings—very impressive! I also tried the garlic Parmesan fries, and to be honest, they weren't great; they were soggy and overly garlicky. The fry sauce that accompanied them was excessively sweet as well. Next time, I think I'll stick to regular fries.
