Ruby River really should do some more dynamic advertising and specials. Provo lacks in the area of good restaurants. Too many fast food places.

My husband had the prime rib and it was very very fatty. I ordered salmon and it was quite good. The baked potato was just ok. Maybe it’s hit or miss.

Although I wasn't very hungry, I ordered the 6oz Top Sirloin along with a side of sautéed mushrooms, and both were fantastic! The steak was incredibly tender, practically melting in my mouth, and the mushrooms were equally delicious. Dinner also included a homemade loaf of bread. The service was excellent, and I really enjoyed the rustic ambiance. It's the best steak I've had for under $20!

The broccoli also lacked garlic butter. Overall, I would definitely return for the food. The service was quick and efficient, but it felt somewhat indifferent. Under our table, it was a bit messy with empty beer bottles and food crumbs. While the food was great, the service could use some improvement. The ambiance had a very Western feel, which aligned with the theme.
