I see the owner reads these reviews and I'm here hoping this person sees this, as the manager did not resolve my issue. I was given a drink holder full of drinks, and the weight collapsed underneath, ruining my pants and shoes. Manager said it was myfault because I should have carried from underneath. Wouldn't even offer a few bucks to get them cleaned. This is ridiculous. I can't believe a manager would blame the customer for their mistake, and she basically told me to pound sand. I am furious,and will take this to small claims if you refuse to do the right thing. If not to be decent people, it's a terrible businessmove. Neither myself, nor anyone I know, will ever visit this place again. I don't like Sodalicious as much as you guys, butthey will be my go to place now it looks like.
I ordered a drink with light ice, but they gave me one that was half empty and filled with ice. When I asked for it to be remade, the guy did it but then shook it in front of me, causing it to spill everywhere. He walked away smiling and sent someone else over who just brushed me off. This isn’t the first time I've had an experience like this in recent years. Fizis offers much better quality and service.
I'm a big fan of Swig! However, I’d recommend using the drive-thru or visiting one of their other locations instead of this one. The inside had a strong unpleasant odor, like sour milk, the floors, tables, and chairs were very sticky, and the bathroom was poorly maintained.
Visited on 8/27/22. The lines were long, and both drive-thru lanes were backed up, blocking all the parking spots. I asked one driver to move up slightly so we could park. Inside, there was an unpleasant vomit smell. A couple was using the self-order kiosk and taking a long time, so we asked an employee if we could order at the register instead. They seemed annoyed but took our order. We waited quite a while for our drinks. When we returned to our car, the parking spots were still blocked by the long lines. The people parked next to us hadn’t left, so I offered to help them back out, and they agreed. We also got someone in line to reverse to allow us to back out and leave. To top it off, my drink was missing boba, even though it was on the order and label.
