Their sauce and crust lack good flavor, and the crust also lacks that initial crunch then chewy texture. It's not bad pizza, but not the greatest step up from other standard chain delivery options. Would rather spend my money elsewhere.

I showed up at... read more I am VERY disappointed in the service I received today. I ordered my pizza online and received a text that said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up at the 18 minute mark and they told me it would be about a 4-6 minute wait still. When I arrived at the 18 minute mark there was no one in line and only one other person in the restaurant. I then ended up sitting at the restaurant for an ADDITIONAL 20 minutes before my pizza was ready. This was DOUBLE the amount of time I was told when I put my order in. I like SLAB pizza and have come here frequently but I did NOT appreciate how I was treated today. That was extremely poor service. Because of this experience I may not return to SLAB and encourage others if they experience this type of service to not return as well. If they want my continued patronage they need to treat their customers better.

When it finally arrived, it was missing the peanut sauce that was promised on the menu displayed on the wall. When I inquired about it, the staff member informed me that they hadn't been serving it for three years. So, our Thai chicken pizza was essentially just chicken. SLAB was fantastic when it first opened, but it has significantly declined.

Apart from the ceiling leaking water all over the restaurant, both in the dining room and the kitchen, which has got to be a health and safety risk, it took the... read more Apart from the ceiling leaking water all over the restaurant, both in the dining room and the kitchen, which has got to be a health and safety risk, it took them the best part of 45 minutes to get 1/4 of a Thai chicken pizza. When it finally didarrive, there was no peanut sauce on it as described on the menu on the wall, when I asked the guy where it was, he said theyhadn?t done it for 3 years?so our Thai chicken pizza was just, well, chicken. SLAB was great when it first opened, but it hasseriously deteriorated.
