My 20-month daughter ate some bites of her chicken nugget and I learned why she wouldn't eat it, there was a bone in it. I brought the bone to share with them is what I found and if I could only get a cheeseburger as it was her first nugget she had. The manager looked at it, no questions asked us a free Cheeseburger. It was just honestly the best experience due to this fact. When we went to Payson McDonald's and had a similar incident, they looked at me like there was no bone and there was nothing other than thrown away and not helped. It's a bit of a ride to come here, but it's worth it. Great customer service and always have friendly faces on the ground. Great work.

Said the m... read more The best McDonald's experience ever! Cashiers were exact and friendly. The food was fast, fresh and good. Drinking area was clean and no sticky mess. Said the manager who was very friendly and personal, what a great experience it was and told her to keep it up! Also, bathrooms were immaculate and we are maintained. Good job!
