What Molly Robertson doesn't like about McDonald's:
From time to time I enjoy a nice, frosty, delicious Diet Coke, and nobody does Diet Coke better than McDonald's. For whatever reason, this McDonald's is INCAPABLE of giving me Diet Coke, and almost always gives me regular Coke. Even after clarifying multiple times that I ordered Diet Coke, I still got handed regular Coke. It's not hard. Don't give people Coke when they ask for Diet Coke. View all feedback.

It was just honestly the best experience due to this fact. When we went to Payson McDonald's and had a similar incident, they looked at me like there was no bone and there was nothing other than thrown away and not helped. It's a bit of a ride to come here, but it's worth it. Great customer service and always have friendly faces on the ground. Great work.
The best McDonald's experience ever! Cashiers were exact and friendly. The food was fast, fresh and good. Drinking area was clean and no sticky mess. Said the manager who was very friendly and personal, what a great experience it was and told her to keep it up! Also, bathrooms were immaculate and we are maintained. Good job!
Had a great experience on the app order this morning and was welcomed as I came in the door, with my food from a very pleasant female employee in a yellow vest that distributes breakfast and a greeting to all this morning. I wish I could have seen her badge as such employees are so rare. She's a guard!
The ambiance of this McDonald's is above the bar. It is cozy inside and clean, which is much better than any of the other McDonald's in this area. The only problem is that it seems that every time I go, their soda machines inside are broken and they mess up whichever drink I ask them to fill at the counter lol. But all in all, one of my favorite McDonald's I've ever been in.
The staff is always friendly even when it can get very busy at this location. This was Door Dash order) review not related to DD. All condiments were added correctly in it's individual NON soggy package. Your order will be seal Love this feature) This particular order ran including tip for the DD driver. 5-10 15- 25 30 and up
