Guys just standing at the front of lobby not doing a dang thing and the one lady up front was snappy with me when I asked for a fork. Like there's no way the night crew even did their jobs because the place was filthy when I got there at 8ish am.

Arrived at store 7:15PM, order at inside chaos. Waited 20 plus minutes. And having to ask about our meal . Our meal came good 15 minutes later. Our grandkid eve... read more Arrived at store 7:15PM, order at inside chaos. Waited 20 plus minutes. And having to ask about our meal . Our meal came good 15 minutes later. Our grandkid even complained. We eat once or twice a month through drive up and have never had an issue. But this night, employees where loud and horsing around. Unacceptable! HATE that there is no personal service anymore.

My 20-month daughter ate some bites of her chicken nugget and I learned why she wouldn't eat it, there was a bone in it. I brought the bone to share with them is what I found and if I could only get a cheeseburger as it was her first nugget she had. The manager looked at it, no questions asked us a free Cheeseburger. It was just honestly the best experience due to this fact. When we went to Payson McDonald's and had a similar incident, they looked at me like there was no bone and there was nothing other than thrown away and not helped. It's a bit of a ride to come here, but it's worth it. Great customer service and always have friendly faces on the ground. Great work.

The che... read more We went about an hour before closing and the staff was still pretty nice. The kiosks that you order from are a little slow and can completely freeze up. The cheese burgers I ordered both were fairly overcooked. Guessing they were just in the warmer for avery long time. Fries were good though!
