However, the cinnamon roll cookie is a standout and absolutely delicious. The Oreo Mint cookie is also fantastic, but the red velvet was just average, and the oatmeal M was okay.

Chip has some really creative seasonal flavors, but their chocolate chip is always a safe bet. If Biscoff is on the weekly menu, you need to try it. Their new Provo location is super nice, but their isn’t much seating.
