After the restaurant revamped nearly all the recipes on their menu, the tacos are the only thing that's still worth ordering. I decided to go for 10 tacos, and I thought the 45-minute wait was a bit excessive but not a huge deal. However, an hour and a half later, the tacos finally arrived. To make matters worse, the delivery driver, clearly inebriated, took the tacos back to the restaurant because, apparently, you need to show your ID to receive an order when you've paid by card. I wasn't informed of this requirement when I placed my order over the phone. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I can't believe this has become a rule. I'm done with this place and can no longer recommend it. Thankfully, Cassy's came to the rescue. It was my first time ordering from there, and I'm now a big fan. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend PARTY EXPRESS for their excellent service! The staff is incredibly friendly and enjoyable to speak with. Their delivery service is outstanding as well. Five stars just doesn't seem enough to describe this place. The food is delicious and always arrives hot with every order. A big thank you to everyone at PARTY EXPRESS—we truly appreciate every one of you!
I’m really disappointed, Party Express. Your prices used to be competitive, but now they feel unreasonable. With most people in town not making more than $20 an hour, it’s hard to justify spending that much. Perhaps you could consider offering a special discount on chicken tenders one day a week? I’ve noticed that I get different prices depending on who I speak to, which is also frustrating. I would love to continue supporting your business, but the prices are just too high now. For anyone wondering, I ordered the same chicken from Vinkner's—4 pounds along with 3 pounds of potato wedges for just $32. Come on, Party Express, it's time to reevaluate those prices!
