We ordered two coffees and a water, but despite the fact that they weren't busy and some waitstaff were just standing around, we only received one coffee and the water. I had to ask for my coffee. When we ordered breakfast, we also had to request syrup and butter ourselves. The staff seemed quite unmotivated to do their jobs. In the past, I’ve had much better service when they were busier, so this was a letdown. The food was, as usual, good, but the service this time was really lacking. I'm not sure if I'll return.

We ordered two coffees and a bottle of water, but despite the fact that they weren't very busy, some of the waitstaff were just standing around. We received one coffee and the water, but I had to ask for my coffee. When we ordered breakfast, we had to go and request syrup and butter ourselves. The staff seemed rather indifferent to their duties. I've had ten times better service at much busier places. While the food was good as usual, the service this time was lacking; I would rate it a 25 out of 100. I'm not sure if I will return.
