The restaurant was half empty as well, so not sure why the service was so slow.

Bartender was extremely slow to clean our area and slow to wait o... read more We made reservations for 4 on Valentine’s Day. Showed up early and had time for a drink first. Bartender was extremely slow to clean our area and slow to wait on us. We got seated at 6:45 which was our reservation time. We sat in the booth for over 45 minutes without being acknowledged at all. Finally we asked the hostess for help. Our server said because we had drinks from the bar she thought we were done? She apologized and said she would be right back. 25 minutes later we had to ask for a server again. Took another 20 minutes to get drink refills and water. Food was another 45 minutes. We know it was busy and we were told the manager was overwhelmed and crying. No one ever came out to apologize, offer a free dessert etc. (we weren’t even asked if we wanted dessert) nothing was done to make up for our inconvenience and lack of common courtesy. Disappointed in the management and staff. Food was delicious. Good job to the chef. We won’t be back.

A much improved experience since I was there last (2-3 years)
