The decorations are light and fun, truly creative. Don't see places like this much anymore.

They have serval ladies running food, making coffee, and taking orders; they were all lovely, kind, and had wonderful customer service. I didn 't really care for my What the Fig sandwich. The bacon was under cooked and I felt the fig jam took over the whole dish. I did order a vanilla latte and it was pretty good. I did however absolutely loved the heart sticker they placed on my togo cup to prevent it from spilling. It was a very nice touch. Over all the atmosphere is adorable and I will go back to try other dishes; they have lots of options to choose from. They were very busy at lunch time and obviously have regular customers who enjoy going to Kate 's. They also had an assortment of cookies with some vegan options I would like to try as well.

It is now 10:41 and still waiting for my order while all three employees are on their phone behind the counter. I am now late for a meeting but unfortunately already paid. Make sure you budget the same amount of time you would for a sit down restaurant or choose someplace else.

Even better, my friend and I loved the food.i had the fall harvest toast, and she had the chicken salad sandwy, both were delicious, as was their iced tea. Service was quick and super friendly

T... read more I live in Port Huron, and never been to Kates! I went there and the food is fantastic! I will be a regular now. If your visiting, you have to go there to eat. They offer breakfast and lunch! I haven't had their breakfast yet. I heard they have the best breakfast. I will be going to enjoy breakfast next! They also have Vegan menu!
