Kfc - Plainview

It took 30 minutes to receive my food, and only after I had to go back to the window to ask for it. Despite my request, I was not given any water to drink. I waited for an hour to speak to the unresponsive manager, who never addressed my concerns. Additionally, my meal was missing three pieces.

The renovated restaurant looks fantastic. The potato wedges have been changed to crispy and delicious pommes? Unfortunately, it seems they no longer offer the small apple cake. Don was our server, and he was incredibly kind and helpful.

I placed my order on the app and followed the instructions to sit in the designated area. However, I was ignored by the staff for 10 minutes so I decided to take my food to go. I ate quickly and then left.

Horrible customer service rude employees I hardly go to kfc but when I do it’s always something wrong girl at window said they were out of a product because too lazy to refill product missing and I’m guessing “manager” tried to fix the issue but didn’t I don’t think management knows what they are doing and when I tried calling multiple times they do not answer the phone I do see this food chain going out of business with the employees they hire

We had an issue with our order. It was givin to another car and we had to wait so long, but the manager was awesome! The way she handled the whole situation ? especially with my tough self being hangry and frustrated ? the food was great spot on.
