At a recently renovated KFC location, patrons have experienced a mixed bag of service. While the updated decor and crispy potato wedges have garnered praise, long wait times and order discrepancies mar the experience. Customers have reported delays up to an hour, unresponsive staff, and cold food upon arrival. Some staff members demonstrated kindness and professionalism, especially in rectifying issues, but dissatisfaction remains prevalent due to poor managerial oversight and inattentive service. Despite the challenges, a few positive interactions hint at potential improvements, leaving some hopeful for a better experience in the future.

Update: they remodeled and it?s nice! I enjoy KFC, and this restaurant serves their updates menu. But the building itself is kind of run down, and hasn?t had an update in at least 10 years. The parking lot is also really small. That being said, thestaff is really nice. They also accept Apple Pay.
The employee's attitude was that they didn't want to be there... Food was good. Did not interact with the customers at all. Hope they were just having a bad day.
They were very accommodating in getting our order out on time. We used the app and ordered about 3 hrs early and when we arrive on time they were still waiting on an order of dark meat to get done but they gave us the pcs in white meat which was great forus. Great service.
Made sure you have your full order before you leave because it's a habit for them not to complete your order. The KFC employee should be taking their job as one of their key factors of making the costumer Happy of their anticipation of waiting all day forKFC ...????
