Place is dirty. Windows in the doors are smeared with something greasy. Probably wiped with an oily rag. Wobbly table propped with napkins. Floors are dirty. Food took 45 minutes to get and cold when it finally came. Manager helpful and adjusted ourbill, but I would prefer the service and food we have gotten at other Chili's locations.
The margarita chicken that I ordered was cold and they barely put any Pico on it. I asked for extra Pico. The sw egg rolls were very hot and delicious. I like cold Air conditioning but I felt like I was sitting in the walk in. Please turn down the ACjust a tad.
I ordered a bacon burger and crispy chicken crispers through DoorDash, but unfortunately, I encountered several problems. First, the dasher didn’t receive the chicken crispers, necessitating a return trip to pick them up. Secondly, the burger was undercooked, as evidenced in the photo, so I couldn't eat it and ended up wasting my money. This isn’t the first time we’ve faced issues with missing items from our orders at Chili’s. While I understand it was close to closing time, the staff should ensure that food is cooked properly and that all items are included in the order. If they can’t manage this, they may need to reconsider their staff choices to ensure quality service. A raw burger is simply unacceptable in any situation.
I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant and was quite disappointed with the inconsistency in the food. Both my order and my toddler's were much spicier than we anticipated, making it difficult for us to eat. I ended up having to prepare a separate dinner for my toddler. While the food itself was tasty, the service left much to be desired. I noticed that many of the servers were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. There were also several occasions where we received the wrong items or were given duplicates of certain dishes. Overall, the experience felt a bit chaotic and could definitely use some improvement.
Many steakhouses usually offer a salad with your steak as part of the meal, but here, you have to pay extra for it. Additionally, you need to specifically request bread, while most other steakhouses provide unlimited bread complimentary. I might not come back to this restaurant.
