It took 20 minutes to reac... read more I will no longer go through the drive-thru at this restaurant. Today, there were 3 cars ahead of me in lane 2 and 3 cars in lane one. It took 20 minutes to reach the order point. There were 8 minutes where no cars moved at all, and another 7 minutes where no movement occurred. The delay in the line happened after the orders were placed. I decided to leave and went to Braums instead. This is unacceptable.
