McDonald's can be hit or miss. The food is good 90% of the time, but there are occasions where they miss some details. I understand that it is a fast food restaurant and is often extremely busy, with lines wrapped around the building. The only thing that is super disappointing is having to wait at the 3rd window for just 2 drinks. That's it. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
A heavyset woman brought my food to my car after making me wait, then scolded me for not stopping at the 2nd window, even though it would have blocked traffic. She was clearly annoyed to have to take a few steps with the weight she was carrying. She was incredibly rude and didn't even offer an apology for the wait. View all feedback.
The only retreat is the journey through, it is terrible
We actually got fresh food and it’s so good , impressed for sure
2nd time ordering online..it was a big mess up. And time consuming. Rude service. Especially the manager on duty at 11:00am
Don’t give them cash ! For gods sake if it’s not card it messes them up I guess . Handed the girl a 20 dollar bill for my 20 piece meal to head to halecenter and take my kids something to eat …. Needless to say I get to the window and receive a breakfast platter that’s not mine then they proceed to try and charge me again saying I didn’t pay . I was so frustrated and Late by the time I got the bag I was like ok this is it . Nope ? got to the school order was just 10 nuggets no fries so my kids are definitely still hungry I’m sure . Shoulda went to Wendy’s
Forgot my frys and tried to blame it on the frou t counter lady people in the back bagging the food need to be fired
