Description
In a city known for its bustling dining scene, this restaurant presents a mix of experiences that fluctuate between charming and disappointing. Many diners commend the attentive service and the willingness of staff to go above and beyond, making special requests and accommodating patrons with care. However, delays and service lapses seem to plague busy hours, leading to frustration among guests who feel overlooked. While some patrons rave about their hearty meals during happy hour, others recount cold food and extended wait times. Despite inconsistencies, the establishment exhibits potential for improvement and remains a beloved stop for some travelers seeking comfort on the road.

That waitresses were good. Especially Araceli. But as busy as it was, the manager, whoever they were had a look on their face that was not friendly or inviting. There was no one at the door receiving customer's that were backed up to the outside door. Maybe on weekends staffing should be better.
When picking up an order, I had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour. All the customers were staring at me and walking away without offering help. Some of the workers were just standing around, chatting and not doing anything. It was a terrible experience and I have been warning others not to bother going there. It's better to go to McDonald's where the customer service is better and the staff are more willing to help.
The waitress was great... get me water for my dog and the cook prepared eggs Benedict, which wasn't on the menu. Very nice people when I needed a break from a cruel road. Give them more money and honor.
