That waitresses were good. Especially Araceli. But as busy as it was, the manager, whoever they were had a look on their face that was not friendly or inviting.... read more That waitresses were good. Especially Araceli. But as busy as it was, the manager, whoever they were had a look on their face that was not friendly or inviting. There was no one at the door receiving customer's that were backed up to the outside door. Maybe on weekends staffing should be better.

When picking up an order, I had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour. All the customers were staring at me and walking away without offering help. Some of the work... read more When picking up an order, I had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour. All the customers were staring at me and walking away without offering help. Some of the workers were just standing around, chatting and not doing anything. It was a terrible experience and I have been warning others not to bother going there. It's better to go to McDonald's where the customer service is better and the staff are more willing to help.
