Some of the work... read more When picking up an order, I had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour. All the customers were staring at me and walking away without offering help. Some of the workers were just standing around, chatting and not doing anything. It was a terrible experience and I have been warning others not to bother going there. It's better to go to McDonald's where the customer service is better and the staff are more willing to help.

I believ... read more Actually they did a rare thing and forgot one complete meal of the 3 ordered. Upon calling and driving 20 minutes back, I was able to get a part of it. I believe the 40 minutes extra driving merited more, however, the person to approve anything else maybe was not present? I still rate 4 stars and only for that one slip. I'll change to 5 if i get some compensatory apology. That would leave no issues whatsoever!
