I've never encountered any issues. The food is consistently fantastic, and I always leave satisfied!

He seemed offended... read more When I called to let management know, he offered to remake the food, but I declined because I didn’t want more of the same poor-quality food. He seemed offended and hung up on me, which was very disappointing since I’ve been a loyal customer and have always enjoyed their food in the past. However, I’ve noticed a decline in quality in my recent orders. Hanging up on a customer without any apology is very poor customer service. It seems like this place is going downhill, and I won’t be ordering from them again. I’m very disappointed.

Everythin... read more The only downside to this establishment is the parking lot. There are some potholes when trying to park, and there isn't much parking space available. Everything else is fantastic, and we will definitely keep choosing Longo's for our takeout dinners.
