Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst chicken we've ever had. It was tasteless, dry, and had a burnt oil flavor, which made it taste like plain flour. Broaster chicken should be moist and full of flavor. Having grown up with parents who owned a small sub shop that served this chicken, we know what it's supposed to taste like. We ordered a sixteen-piece and ended up leaving with more than half of it untouched. While the restaurant and staff are friendly, if this had been my first experience, I certainly wouldn't return. I even took some to my daughter to try, and she agreed it tasted like burnt oil and flour with no flavor.
