I ordered a seafood salad, but when it arrived, the shrimp was frozen solid. The ice on the shrimp was clearly visible. I called the restaurant to request a replacement salad or a refund, offering to return the frozen one. The person on the phone suggested I microwave the shrimp for 30 seconds, as it would take an hour to bring me a new salad.
