What CRM CRM doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Service is very slow here. Most of the ladies are always talking, mainly gossiping. I waited 30 mins for yogurt that did not require them to put together and also saw the guy who ordered his meal as I was walking in to pick up my mobile order leavebefore I did. The food is reliable Panera, but in the last weeks had to wait consistently longer than the typical 10 ~ 15 minutes and most times the order was not on the intake rack; so felt short of a five star rating. View all feedback.
