I remember the old days when they were on Elmora Ave in Elizabeth, we were absolutely heartbroken when they closed, we thought they were gone. The Roast BeefSandwich on Jewish Rye hasn't changed, it's still as delicious as ever, the coleslaw is still the best and the pickles stillhave that half-sour crunch.

Sandwiches are excellent with lots of meat roast beef and pastrami . Service is very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't mind the longer wait if the food was still top quality, but even the sauces... read more I'm not sure what happened to this restaurant, it used to be really good. I wouldn't mind the longer wait if the food was still top quality, but even the sauces and dressings are not up to par. Everything is undercooked and haphazardly put together. It's a shame.
